Alkaline Struvite and Scale Removal Solution

STRUVICIDE® C REMOVE is a proprietary, non-acid formulation using advanced chelation technologies with alkalinity builders to remove blockages and buildup caused by struvite, vivianite, and other minerals in wastewater processing equipment. It breaks the bond between minerals and the substrate by causing disaggregation/deflocculation of the struvite components, allowing specialized additives to carry away the undissolved minerals, preventing struvite formation and reducing corrosion damage. STRUVICIDE® C REMOVE removes blockages and buildup overnight, restoring flow rates.

Product Details:

  • Removes struvite from clogged and partially clogged pipe using recirculation, or soak, applications for pipe, exchangers, valves, centrifuges, sludge tanks, screw presses, and other areas of contamination
  • Dramatically reduces corrosion on tools and process equipment
  • Adds alkalinity, reducing the need to add caustic to the system
  • Dilution ratios from full concentrate to 5% in water depending on the severity of the application
  • Used In combination with STRUVICIDE® O Remove, reduces maintenance and engineering costs/downtime
  • Can be used on rust, hard water scale, and other mineral buildups, including vivianite
  • Non-flammable, non-toxic, no fumes, no polymers
